The Elkford Aquatic Centre has 4 lanes for competition swimming and a kiddy wading pool, diving board, a slide, whirlpool hot tub and a sauna. This facility is handicap accessible with a "beach" entry to both cool and hot pools. Aquafit classes and full range of Red Cross swimming lessons are regularly offered. There is a multi-purpose meeting room in the building.
