Elkford is proud of its educational facilities. One elementary school and one secondary school serve Elkford’s students. Extensive extra-curricular sports and academic programs are offered at each level. A series of specialized programs are available for exceptional students whose needs cannot be met through regular programs. Each school has an active Parent Advisory Committee who help with school activities, fund raising and hot lunches. A Grade 12 Co-operative Work program helps students obtain needed work experience before graduation.
