Christmas Craft Fair Registration Form

Thursday, December 8, 2011            12:00-9:00 pm

You will be required to:

§Clean and dress your own area.  Remove all garbage from your area.  Garbage Dumpsters are located outside of the mall by the south end of the parking lot.

§ Supply your own extension cord.  Limited power outlets available.

§Ensure your rented mall space is not damaged.

Set up:

§Thursday, December 8^th, 2011 between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm .

                     Your name will be posted on your designated table.

                          Please do not take another renters space.

Cost: Rate $20.00/table.  Chamber Member $10.00/table.

Second table $10.00/table or have your own table $15.00/table. 

Table rental includes two chairs.

Do you have a current District of Elkford Business Licence?  If no, please apply in advance, and pay for a one day business licence at the District of Elkford. Licence is to be displayed at your table during the fair.  For more information on the one day business licence please contact the District of Elkford. 250-865-4000
